W.I.T. Wednesday- Green Tea Mask
Happy Wednesday!! I hope that you are having a great week! For today's What I Thought Wednesday, we will be looking at
Currently I am loving sheet masks. They are so much easier to use and alot less messy. This one is great for the skin. Green tea does wonders with wrinkles and fine lines. Green tea is also has alot of antioxidants. Hyaluronic Acid is one of the best moisturizers out there.
This mask is great for a refreshing pick me up when your skin isn't feeling quite right. Lets break open this mask!
1.When using this mask, you want to first clean and dry your skin.
The great thing about this one is that it smells like green tea! Now, compared to some of the other masks I have tried, this one was SUPER saturated! Recommendation: have a towel near by.
3.Now, to apply this to the face. As you can see it has pre-cut eyes, nose, and mouth holes. Line them up with your face and then apply the mask. Make sure you smooth it onto your face as evenly as possible.
Try to work out all of the air bubbles. Take the remaining 'goo' from the packaging and apply to your neck.
4. Time to relax.. for 20-30 mins to be exact. The mask will begin to dry which is what you want. It took closer to the 30-minute mark for this to dry for me.
DO NOT rinse or pat your face dry!! *Very important* Let your skin soak up everything. Once the mask was off, it only took a few minutes for everything to soak in.
FINAL THOUGHTS: I'm going to give this a 4 out of 5 stars. The price is right and the mask is super easy to use. It is a bit on the long end of the time spectrum and I did feel a bit oily after. This mask would be great for someone with dry skin and/or sensitive skin. It doesn't have a strong scent or chemicals. Overall this mask from open to final soak in took about 45 minutes or so. Still think that this is a great product and I would purchase it again. My skin did feel softer and looked a little more supple and less tired. If you have been wanting to try a mask like this, you should!
Question time!! What is your go to face mask? I would love to try it! Let me know in the comments below! If i do a review on it, you could be in the blog!
Until next time!
